The Tying Phase
Sign up by sending email to Brian Warden. In the email, include your name, address, phone number (optional) and the types and number of flies you would like to donate. Also note which region you would like your flies to be classified. If you would like to include any notes or information about the flies, please let me know.
The minimum number of flies to donate is one dozen for trout and a half dozen for salt, but, of course, there is no maximum. Try and stick to patterns that may not be readily available in fly shops. It should go without saying but....Please only send un-fished flies, no used flies.

Patterns need to be sent by November 15th. If you end up having trouble meeting the deadline, please let me know ASAP so we can work something out.
The Purchasing Phase
Flies will be organized according to region and then samples of different kinds of patterns once all donations have been received. You may send along your donation at any time, but flies will not be shipped until all donations have been received and organized. Expect your flies by around the first of December. It is possible that demand may exceed supply. In this case, flies will be sent on a first-come-first-serve basis and any donations received after all the flies are gone, will be returned immediately.
A minimum donation of $20 is required. You will receive 12 trout patterns or 6 saltwater patterns for your donation. We encourage folks to donate more if they can, but we cannot send more than one package of 12 or 6 flies per address. Indicate which region you prefer and include a second choice. I will try and accommodate special fly requests, but I will fill each order with the flies available.
